Fingerjointed Clear Saw

Each piece of this grade is a No.1 Clear grade, produced by joining short clears with a finger joint bonded with cross-linked PVA glue.. Each piece of fingerjointed clears is free of defects except minor blemishes that can be machined out.
This grade is suitable for end use applications such as mouldings and picture frame manufacture where a high quality painted finish is required.
Fingerjoint blanks may contain minor stepping at the joints. The standard length is 5.4m but other lengths to suit individual customer requirements are available by arrangement.

- 33mm x 100, 150, 200mm
- 38mm x 100, 125, 150, 200mm
- 50mm x 100, 150, 200mm
- Fingerjoint Clear grade is supplied kiln dried.
